Hi! 

My name is Jo Winspear and I am a fully qualified Childminder and Nursery Nurse with my N.N.E.B. certification and Level 3 NVQ. I am OFSTED registered and a member of the Professional Association of Childcare and Early Years(PACEY), I am a member of Redcar and Cleveland, Children Come First, Quality Assured Childminder Network and Aiming High For Disabled Children Network.  I am working under the EYFS, with individual planning and observations for each child under 5. 

I have recently had my Ofsted inspection and received a GOOD with OUTSTANDING AREAS.

I have an up to date Paediatric first aid certificate, and Public Liability insurance, as required by OFSTED

I’m married with two daughters, 4 cats, a tortoise, a fish tank and have lived in the local area since childhood.

My husband, both of my daughters and my mum are now registered as my assistants and help out on their days off! They are all Paediatric first aid trained and CRB checked and my two daughters also hold childcare qualifications. 

I have worked in primary schools previously for over 17 years with children of ages between three and eleven years. This includes children with special needs including ADHD, Autism and Asbergers

I have a full range of activities and facilities on offer including:
A large lawned and fenced-in garden with lots of outdoor play equipment including a wooden Wendy house, a new climbing frame and a plastic greenhouse for our homegrown vegetables.
